Exchange, Refund and returns Policy

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed: You can exchange any product for another one from Loreen (subject to availability).
  • Timeline for contacting Loreen: You must inform Loreen within 24 hour of receiving your delivery.
  • Condition of returned item: The item must be unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in original packaging.
  • Need to additional delivery charge: You need to pay extra for shipping the exchange back to you.
  • Exchanging for a different product:
    • Higher value: Pay the difference during exchange delivery.
    • Lower value: Contact Loreen for a refund of the difference (processed within 7 business days).
  • Limits: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Loreen Return Policy

 Loreen does not accept returns for change of mind.

They will offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or flawed.
  • The product is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, missing parts).

Return Timeline:

  • You have 24 hours from delivery to notify Loreen.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be completely new, unopened, and unwashed.
  • All original tags, manuals, etc., must be included.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Refund Process

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Loreen deducts the delivery charge and a 5% service fee from your refund.
